Bordeaux White

Traditionally having mainly produced sweet white wines, which are now becoming very expensive, there has been a great change to dry wines. Having grasped the importance of this production, some fantastic wines are now appearing. Unfortunately these wines are becoming harder to sell against their counterparts from the new world. These are produced from the Sauvignon and Semillon grapes. It is the latter grape which is susceptible to Pourriture Noble, an essential feature in the making of the sweet wines.
