Austrian Wines are finally getting the recognition that they so richly deserve. Led by their wonderful Gruner Veltliner grape, they also produce very easy drinking reds from the Blaufrankish and Zweigelt grapes. The main wine growing areas are centred around Vienna, which in itself has the largest acreage under vine of any city.
