Another long river rising in the Vosges and ending in the Mediterranean, having flowed through a variety of micro climates. Many different grape varieties are used but the main ones are still Syrah, Grenache and Ugni Blanc. The variety of wines produced is awesome, from light dry whites to full heavy dry, as well as Muscats, and light Cotes du Rhones to the powerful Chateauneufs.
