Chianti Classico Cavalleresco by Trambusti is a robust wine crafted from Sangiovese grapes, with small additions of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine boasts an intense ruby red color and a fine bouquet that hints at violets and wood. The flavour is warm, well-rounded, and persistent, with aromas of sour cherry, violet, and subtle spice, leading to a velvety palate with refined tannins. An excellent choice for pairing with red meat, game, and aged cheeses. A brief aging period in oak casks and bottles enhances its complexity and body.
