100% Chenin Blanc planted on clay soils over schist and phtanite. Hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel no malo second to fourth use barrels over 7-8 days, aged on fine lees for 4 to 6 months. Floral aromas of acacia, an initial impression of vibrant yet moderated acidity combined with rich, lemony fruit and supple texture.
Contains SULPHITES.
ABV% 11%.
