The Grüner Veltliner by Winzer Krems is a classic Austrian white wine known for its fresh and vibrant character. This wine features a fine greenish-yellow colour and offers aromas of green pepper, gooseberries, and lychee. On the palate, it is spicy with peppery notes and a hint of kitchen herbs, balanced by a fine acid structure. It pairs excellently with white meats like chicken and veal, baked fish, and Austrian classics such as Wiener Schnitzel and roast pork. Best enjoyed at a serving temperature of 10-12°C.
