Full gold green colour. Certain amount of lightly breaded fruit on the nose, and initially relatively light on the palate. Decant this wine well in advance and let it develop into a rich dry and powerful wine. This superb Cote de Beaune ranks third after Montrachet and Corton–Charlemagne. Enjoy with salmon, trout and white meats.
