Colombard Sauvignon Gascogne, Horgelus

Colombard Sauvignon Gascogne, Horgelus

This exquisite marriage of Colombard and Sauvignon reveals citrus and floral aromas. Very refreshing and full of flavours. Intense, gooseberries and passionfruit with vibrancy. This wine is perfect as an aperitif and with all fish and seafood dishes.

Les Camelias Rosé de Loire, Ch. La Roulerie 2015

Les Camelias Rosé de Loire, Ch. La Roulerie 2015

A fresh, strawberry, fruity and full-bodied wine. Eminently easy drinking, very fresh and clean whereas some traditional rosés from the Loire can be sometimes feel fairly dry especially on the finish. Pairs wonderful with a wide variety of dishes from fish to salads to pork.

Cotes du Rhone La Taladette, Gabriel Liogier

Cotes du Rhone La Taladette, Gabriel Liogier

A fruit forward red wine with Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Cinsault. Powerful and fruity thanks to the Grenache, full-bodied thanks to the Cinsault, the wine of Domaine de la Taladette reflects the balanced composition of the finest Cotes du Rhone. Ideally consumed within 10 years.Good with all meats.

La Vie en Rosè Cotes de Gascogne, Horgelus 2014

La Vie en Rosè Cotes de Gascogne, Horgelus 2014

A complex, intense yet elegant balance of wild strawberries, fresh citrus fruits and easy off-fry sweetness. Just a lovely rosé; great with salads and spice.

Muscadet S&M sur Iie, Ch. L'Oiseliniere

Muscadet S&M sur Iie, Ch. L'Oiseliniere

Harvests are made mainly by hand. Wine making process is exclusively on the lees in underground vats. Along with bâtonnage, this technique brings fruitiness and complexity to the wine. Bottling occurs at the Chateau during spring. The colour is pale yellow. We can smell the power of the wine and guessing some citrus fruit notes. While in mouth, the wine shows beautiful freshness and roundness with white flowers, dry fruits and white flesh fruits. Always nice with seafood, it also pairs very well with fish and white meat.

Bordeaux, Ch. Haut Pingat 2015

Bordeaux, Ch. Haut Pingat 2015

Dark purple colour, soft strawberry nose, dry, plentiful fruit and light tannin. Enjoyable everyday drinking. Excellent value. Enjoy with all lighter meats
