Meet Our Producers

At Vintners we only ever select our wines from suppliers we admire. We look for authenticity and integrity in production methods and aim to build close working relationships with them to ensure we offer the best wines every time. 

For over 40 years we have been engaged with wine, promoted learning and enjoyment of wine and it is our pride and our pleasure to offer a diverse range of wines. In line with our belief that only the best will do we have made great efforts to establish a large selection of wines with great provenance. Wines that are authentic, have sustainable viticulture and with typicality of the regional terroirs.

We source our wines wherever possible directly from the growers including artisan and independent estates. It is through working closely with our network of growers we have developed some strong and lasting relationships.

Not available an everyday basis, the Vintners wine Selection is unique. We pride ourselves to be the sole distributor in the UK for premium French, Italian, Spanish and German labels.

Cheurlin Dangin

Cheurlin DanginLocated south of Champagne the Cellois vineyards in France cover the sunny slopes of the Ource Valley. The vines benefit from the chalky sediment base with a clay and limestone surface layer because it is perfect for growing grapes that will go on to become Champagne.

Conte Guicciardini is just outside Florence in Italy, it has vineyards on the sunny sloping hills between the Pesa and Virginio streams the stony soil that the vines are planted in provide fundamental conditions for great quality wines.

Sancerre Roblin

Sancerre RoblinSancerre Roblin is located 6 km northwest of the town of Sancerre in France. Sancerre Roblin winery is composed of 19 hectares of vineyards located primarily on the Terres Blanches. 85% of the vines grown are Sauvignon Blanc and 15% are Pinot Noir.

The wines produced by Chéreau Carré have allways been of the highest quality they use the techniques including harvesting by hand, aging on lees and letting the wine age in the bottle in order to achieve the best wine possible.

More than half of Virgen de la Asuncion’s vineyards are over fifty years old and some even exceed one hundred years old. 

Bodegas Chesa

Bodegas Chesa is a family vineyard with around ten hectares of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties of grapes that are cultivated in a way that ensures a high quality of grapes.
